Returns & Exchanges

  1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been opened, damaged, or altered in any way.
  3. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for packages returned to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  4. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will issue a refund as soon as possible. Please note that refunds are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  5. If a returned item is missing components, has incomplete accessories, contains fewer items than the original kit, or shows damage due to improper use, inadequate packaging, or insufficient protection during return shipping — affecting its resaleability — we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund based on the actual condition of the item received. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives with damaged packaging or items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
