Important Notes

  1. If an order is shipped via standard shipping and the total weight exceeds 2kg, we may split the order into multiple parcels.
  2. After payment is confirmed, our warehouse requires 1–3 business days to process your order. Processing times may be delayed during weekends and public holidays. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.
  3. In most cases, parcels will be delivered within the estimated timeframe. However, actual delivery dates may be affected by flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to your tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
  4. If you placed an incorrect order or are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept return requests. Returned parcels must be in good condition and suitable for resale. Refunds will be issued based on the condition of the received parcel. For more details, please refer to our Refund Policy.
  5. FusePix is not responsible for packages returned or destroyed due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts. Any reshipment costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse and shipped via international carriers.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damaged Items

If your order arrives with damaged packaging or items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
